Modern Decorating Services is a professional Painting & Decorating Company established in 1993. Colm & Anne Maguire recognised a niche in the market for a quality Professional Decorating Service after Colm had spent 15 years working on sites and Anne had experience working in Clerical & Administration. The emphasis within the Company has always been to provide a quality workforce and provide and maintain the highest standards of workmanship available within the sector.
With 19 years business experience they have built up a reputation of providing a quality professional service. The Company is in its 5th year of Safe T Cert accreditation and have improved on Safety ratings year on year to Grade B, by employing the strictest safe systems of work available and ensuring all painters have access to quality equipment and use all the Personal Protection Equipment provided.
All works are fully supervised by Colm who is a qualified CSR Site Safety Supervisor and Gold Card Craftsman, who holds and maintains IPAF PAL licences for MEWPS, a scaffold safety inspection certificate and First Aid at Work Cert.
